Overview
Have you ever dreamt of soaring through the sky or wondered what it's like to fly like a bird? This paragliding instructional tandem flight will see you soaring with ease and comfort underneath a paraglider, flying over the sea cliffs, forest and along the beaches of the beautiful NSW South Coast!
Paragliding tandem flights don't require previous flight experience and can be enjoyed by just about anyone! Tandem paragliding is easy. It takes only a couple of steps before you are gently lifted off the ground and into the sky, embarking on a journey that will provide you with excitement and unforgettable memories!
Tandem gliders are designed to carry the weight of two people. You are seated in a secure harness in front of your instructor and connected to the glider and to each other by spreader bars. This seating arrangement allows you full unobstructed vision of your flight.
Under the supervision of your instructor you'll get to take the controls and experience the sensation of flying a paraglider yourself!
Towards the end of your flight we will fly over a beautiful South Coast beach and descend over lower sea cliffs and by a lovely lagoon.
Touchdown is on the soft sand. Again, you will only need to take a few steps before gently greeting the earth.

This experience takes place in Stanwell Park which is approximately 45 minutes south of Sydney.

Numbers
The price quoted is for one person. You will be with your instructor on the day.
Session Time
We operate 7 days a week. Flights can begin as early as 9.00 am. The day starts with a pre-flight briefing then followed with the actual Trial Instruction Flight experience. Flight duration is approximately 30 minutes but can vary with weather conditions.
Guidelines & Restrictions
Wear boots or runners and warm, comfortable clothing - a jumper or jacket if it's cold and pants or jeans. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and a small camera. Flight suit, gloves and a helmet will be provided. Weight limit is restricted to 110kgs.
No experience is necessary - we'll teach all there required skills.
Extra Info
Instructional Tandem Flights are only possible in ideal safe weather conditions. Bookings are not guaranteed and if your tandem flight is cancelled due to bad weather your booking will be rescheduled to the next available opportunity possible.
Booking Insurance
It is recommended that you consider GoDo Cancellation Cover. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Cancellation Cover provider.
