Overview
Experience the picturesque bush whlilst horse riding. You will be welcomed by one of our experienced trail leaders who will asses your riding ability and match you to a horse commensurate with your experience. You will then be given a quick but detailed demonstration in riding and controlling your horse.
Then off to Mt Moollattoo to a height of 604 meters traversing through the flora of the Australian bush and rainforest, often sighting wildlife that includes parrots, cockatoos, wallabies, reptiles and lyre birds.
At the top of the mountain you experience unlimited and uninterrupted views over Lake Yarrunga and the 140,000 hectares of the Morton National Park(spectacular photo opportunity).
N.B the ride is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Numbers
There will be up to six other participants for each trail leader in each riding group.
Session Time
As a guide you will be at the venue for around two and a half hours. This includes briefing, tuition, and one and a half to two hours riding.
Guidelines & Restrictions
All riders must be under 95 kilos in weight, children must be over 10 years of age and those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The trail ride is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Rider weight limit is 90 kilos and riders must be physically capable of controlling a horse. Signatures are required on waiver forms for horse riding. Trail leaders are accredited with Horse Safety Australia Inc.

It is recommended that you consider GoDo Booking Insurance. This is insurance cover for losses incurred if the activity is cancelled (under certain circumstances) by you or the activity supplier. Click here for further details.
Please note: GoDo and/or the activity supplier cannot provide a REFUND for cancellations, no matter the reasons. However, should you obtain Cancellation Cover, you maybe be able to make a claim directly to Mondial Assistance, our Booking Insurance provider.
