Overview
This Dolphin and Seal Cruise is an experience not to miss. You too can observe the amazing wildlife from the comfort of the boat - you will never forget this amazing experience.
The tour commences with an introductory on board safety briefing, covering all the facilities, cafe and the best places to observe the animals. Then cruising past the amazing cliff top homes and private beaches off Sorrento and Portsea, on our way out into the sheltered shallows of Port Phillip Bay.
With your family and friends we head off to Chinaman's Hat, a local spot where the ever curious Australian Fur Seals are waiting to show you some amazing sights. You will be amazed at the friendliness and how close you can get to these truly wild creatures, our guides will help you take some very memorable photos, and tell you about some interesting facts on these friendly seals.
From Chinaman's Hat, we cruise over to Popes Eye Marine National Park for a look at the Australasian Gannets, where our guides will share with you some interesting and educational facts about these amazing birds, and shear with you the history or this historic Marine Park dating back to the 1800's.
From there on, we cruise magnificent Port Phillip Bay in search of the inspiring Bottlenose Dolphins that we affectionately call our friends. There is no need to jump into the water; our technique will place you right next to the action - where you will have a fantastic view into the world of the dolphins.
You have the freedom to walk around the boat and enjoy the many changing sights; our friendly crew will be serving morning or afternoon tea and some very warming hot drinks.
The memories of this experience will remain with you and you too will have photos and stories to shear among your fellow travelers.
Location
Sorrento (Mornington / Bellarine - Victoria)
Our cruises depart and return from Sorrento Pier, this is the same departure point as the car ferry, if traveling from Melbourne follow the signs to the Mornington Peninsula, and then the blue signs to the car ferry. When arriving at Sorrento Pier, unsure you check the parking signs, as you will need a park for 3 plus hours.

Numbers
Although our beautiful boat is licensed for 80 guests you will usually find about 35 to 40 guests on board, this allows you to relax and have the freedom to enjoy all the facilities, and not to mention experience the marine environment in small groups, with qualified and experienced guides.
Session Time
Our cruise duration is 3 hours. with check in 30 minutes prior to your schedule departure time. If using our city transfer we depart from Federation square at 8:30am.
Guidelines & Restrictions
Our cruises are suitable for for all fitness levels, sizes and ages. However due to the experience being a boat based activity, we are unable to cater for wheelchair bound guests, this activity is suitable for guests with limited mobility, all our bathroom and shower facilities are suitable.
The cruise runs from October to April. Charter times are: 9:00am and 1:00pm. October to beginning of May. You need to be at the pier 20mins before departure times.
The crew are all professionally trained and experienced, to ensure that you have an unforgettable marine experience, of both Safety and professionalism . Passenger safety and the dolphins protection are of vital importance to us. This making our tours weather dependant, our highly qualified crew can guarantee a high standard of customer safety and environmental care.
All cruises are weather dependent. When bookings are made you should have either a mobile phone number or a phone number that we may contact you on the day.
If cruises are cancelled due to weather, we will contact all passengers travelling on the cruises as early as possible.

Our tours are suitable for for all fitness levels, sizes and ages. Due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to cater for wheelchair bound guests, however this activity is suitable for guests with limited mobility. Under cover seating is readily available on our lower deck, our sun deck is fitted with lounges. All external walkways are fitted with rails to ensure your safety and freedom whilst on board. Children under 5 years are free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
