Overview
This abseiling adventure is designed especially for those who are seeking a real adventure and have never tried abseiling before. Step out of your comfort zone and onto the rock face. Located on REAL rock, at the cliffs of Morialta (East of Adelaide), Onkaparinga Gorge (South of Adelaide), or the Bluff (Victor Harbor 90 minutes South of Adelaide). learn some tricky moves and enjoy a great day of adventure challenge. Throughout the day we will ensure that there are different abseils set up for you to experience. Expect to get around 6 abseils or more.
Who can take part?
Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness (ie should be able to walk briskly for 20 minutes witout being out of breath). Minimum age is 10 years old.
When and where?
Usual times are 9.00am - 12.00pm. (may vary)
Located either , Onkaparinga Gorge (45min South of Aelaide), The Bluff Victor Harbor (90 min South of Adelide) and Morialta National Park (25mi East of Adelaide).

What should I bring/wear?
Loose fitting clothing appropriate for the weather.
Personal medication.
Snacks for the day.
Water - approx ½ l per hour on hot days
Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, cameras.
Hair ties if you have long hair.
Lace up shoes, eg, walking shoes or boots, sandshoes are sufficient.
What is supplied?
We supply all personal protection equipment and qualified leaders.

The abseiling takes place in either Onkaparinga Gorge (45 minutes south of CBD), The Bluff at Victor Harbor (90 minutes south of the CBD), or Morialta (25 minutes east of Adelaide's CBD). We are able to offer transfers from Adelaide to the abseiling site if you require at an estra cost.

Session Time
This is a half day experience, usually starting at 9.00am and concluding at 12.15pm.
Guidelines & Restrictions
We suggest you wear loose fitting clothes that are appropriate for the weather, lace up shoes (eg sneakers/joggers). Don't forget to bring a bottle of water (approximately 0.5 litre per hour for hot days) as well as lunch and snacks for the day.
You will need to be a minimum age 10 years to participate. We can cater for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced.
Extra Info
The weather may dictate our plans on the day and we may need to postpone the activity if: The weather forecast for the day, exceeds 34 degrees, days of rain periods, storms, total fire band or extreme wind conditions. Groups will run with a minimum of 4 people.
